- Complete thorough inspections and provide a detailed report of findings
- If repairs are needed, provide a clear, accurate and fair quote with elevation measurements for work needed, nothing more
- Push 1 pier at a time under slab foundations, go as deep as possible and never cut corners (we average 24 feet deep)
- Level foundation and record final elevations by Senior Management, not a member of the crew
- Provide final elevations to every client
- Offer the best transferable warranty: never any cost to the owner, if warranty work is ever needed (lifetime transferable on slab foundations, 1-year transferable on pier & beam foundations)
